It’s a bad word. I realize that.
Yes, I know you don’t want me to talk about it today and how it’s a blessing in disguise, but I must. After all, it truly is.
I’m talking about the ex- word today:
Exercise.
A couple weeks ago, I uploaded this pic via instagram {join the fun!! @BrownSugarToast}. I took it right before beginning a 6 mile run with Jonathan & the kids.
You might remember that one of my goals for this year was to run my 2nd 1/2 marathon? Well, that’s what this 6 mile run is all about.
Exercise. I hate it.
I hate it before I do it. Because I know I need to. But sometimes I draaaaag it out until it’s too late.
Exercise. I love it.
It aids weight loss, boosts energy, improves sleep, helps fight sickness…and if you want to read more, check out this article from Mayo Clinic.
Besides, when I exercise outside, I get to see gorgeous views like this:
{You may argue that you could have seen that view while driving to get a milkshake from Sonic.
You would have a point.}
While I may not really loooove exercising, I certainly love the effects of it.
It’s a blessing … in disguise.
