For those nights when you want a s’more, but have no way to make {or interest in making} a fire:
2 weeks ago, I stumbled across this recipe from Dessert for Two and was seriously intrigued.
3 ingredients?
No mixing?
And only 1 dish to clean?
SOLD!
I made it that night. Jonathan & I heartily approve. My next goal is to make it with these chips because I think that would be a.ma.zing.
The original recipe suggests using a cast iron skillet. Since I’m currently depleted in the cast iron skillet department, I just used a greased stainless steel skillet. The results were lovely. If you don’t have either of those options, you could use any sort of small oven-safe dish and end up with a delicious dessert!
Enjoy!

This looks delicious! And don’t worry…I don’t own a cast iron skillet either. They are just so heavy and seem to take extra care. Maybe someday? For now, I love my Pampered Chef stainless steel pans!
Mmmm…hope you enjoy it!!! 🙂

I need to do this. I’m adding marshmallows to my grocery list!

what if I don’t have a skillet or an Oven safe dish what could I use ????
Hi Keridyn! Assuming you have an oven, you could always go out to Dollar Tree and pick up a foil pan for $1 to make this recipe. I have never attempted this recipe in the microwave. Happy Baking!
