It’s shaping up to be a chill weekend for us. I’m pretty excited about it because it’s been a busy week with Jonathan’s classes and extra teen events. Extra family time is always awesome in my book. I’m also hoping to take Anna Grace on a Mommy/daughter date with this coupon. Total win.

I’ve actually tried the homemade enchilada sauce (not this exact recipe, but one very similar)! Would love to know what you think if you make it sometime! It’s terrible to say, but I prefer the canned kind to my homemade one, but the homemade one is definitely healthier!!
I will let you know, Danae! Would love to find a good recipe for the green enchilada sauce. I have a super yummy recipe that calls for it, but the green sauce is kinda expensive, so it’s not a frequent meal over here. Let me know if you ever find a tasty green sauce recipe!! 🙂
