I mentioned on Monday that I would share a recipe with you – one that I made during our large family vaca.
Not only is this recipe tasty – it’s also insanely easy. 3 ingredients + 3 minutes kinda easy. That’s my kinda easy, folks!
I pinned this recipe several months ago via Eat Yourself Skinny. SO yum! All you need to make Funfetti Dip is a regular sized box of funfetti cake mix {I used the Aldi brand called Confetti Dip…teehee}, 1 cup of whipped topping, and 2 cups of plain yogurt. (I make my own yogurt using this recipe.)
Mix it all together and serve with some sort of dipping item – animal crackers, graham cracker sticks, pretzels, teddy grahams, etc.
The first time I made it, I served it with animal crackers. When I made it over vacation, I served it with mini pretzels. I’m not sure which one was my favorite…probably the pretzels, because the sweet + salty combination just does it for me.
This is the perfect recipe for late night snack cravings, birthday parties, and impromptu get-togethers with friends! Try it & let me know what you think!
Ingredients
- 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- Dipping Items {Pretzels, Teddy Grahams, Animal Crackers, etc.)
Instructions

- Serve immediately with your choice of dipping items.

Yummy! Pretzels are my vote, also due to sweet-salty combo. Thanks for the recipe!
