A New Goal

So, I know I don’t normally post on Tuesdays, but…I decided to let you in on a new goal I’ve made for myself.

You know about new year’s resolutions. Well, this is a new partially-through-March resolution.

For the next 30 days, I’ve committed to spend 20 minutes with a friend.

Actually, she’s not much of a friend at all.

She’s actually a bit of an enemy.

In fact, she causes me much pain.

Nevertheless, I am committing myself to spend 20 minutes with her – once a day, for the next 30 days.

Her name?

Jillian.

Jillian Michaels, to be exact.

I have a love/hate relationship with her.

Mostly hate.

Anyway, I’m using her dvd, 30 Day Shred.

Would you care to join me? Misery loves company, you know.

Seriously, though, you don’t have to use the dvd, but if you want to make a personal goal along with me for the next 30 days, I would L-O-V-E LOVE to have some support! If you do, feel free to share your goal here and comment with your progress. I’ll let you know each Tuesday how it’s goin’ for me and you can keep me updated with your progress.

I’ve already coersed my sister into doing it along with me.

Who’s up for a 30 day challenge?

I have 30 Day Shred, but I don’t think I’m quite ready to take that challenge. If you know someone who’s ready but doesn’t have the DVD, I’d be happy to loan it out.

  4. ha – totally understand!!! It’s a killer and I haven’t just had a baby! 😛 Thanks for the offer!

  5. I have that CD and will start it in April 🙂 I need the rest of March to build up strength again. Eheehee (excuse!). But seriously, I can’t wait to start running again. Go Christa!

  6. Chelo, that’s not an excuse, it’s a very good reason! Especially for this workout!! Start slow and give your body time to rest. best advice ever. 😉
